We started with Anna showing us how to do a safety check of the bike and then we headed off. We stopped all along the route while Anna talked us through the wildlife, plants and the scenery and then we enjoyed a dram of whisky some tablet while enjoying the views. The best part for the turbo function on the bikes for the hills which made the cycling much more enjoyable :)”
