“Be prepared for Scottish weather! My husband and I did our research on the weather and area. We came prepared with raincoats, boots, and an umbrella, however our tour guide had ponchos and umbrellas if needed. Our tour guide was Lorraine, she was very nice and knowledgeable of the area. She was very direct on our itinerary and our time allowance. Our cruise had an earlier return time to port and she was very conscientious of that. Despite the weather obscuring certain viewpoints, it was still beautiful. If your time allows, grab lunch at the Cawdor Castle, the food was amazing!”

“This tour was worth every cent we paid. Me, my wife, and my daughter and her husband took this full day tour instead of the one offered by the Cruise Line we were on. At first it looked expensive until we realized it was the same price as that offered by the Cruise Line and the Cruise Line was a mega excursion with a large bus and no customization. My daughter was thrilled that the guide had the classic Scottish accent and wore a kilt for the entire tour. Louis answered all of our questions and customized the tour to include lunch at a great little restaurant/bar (extra costs). If…”

“Due to mechanical issues our tour was cancelled. We were given the option to take an almost identical tour. This tour went to Cawdor Castle instead. On tour date our guide wasn't able to make the tour due to flooding. We were fortunate to have the owner (Maxine) and her partner. They both did a wonderful job. The only thing I would have wished was to spend another 10-15 minutes in the small town near Loch Ness. I thought the tour was well thought out, the stops were enjoyable. Overall it was a great day.”
