Scotland · 1-HOUR EXPERIENCES
Every Scottish itinerary has one free day too few. These 4 1-hour experiences justify the slot — priced and timed so you can decide in minutes and get back to the interesting part.
A one-hour Loch Ness cruise with sonar Nessie spotting, indoor and outdoor comfort, plus close Urquhart Castle views from the water.
“Bring a jacket/rain coat. Chilly and can rain at any time!! Enjoyed the cruise and the beautiful scenery.”
One hour underground at Edinburgh’s Lost Close, tasting four local craft beers with a small-group guide and local history.
“It was a fun experience. Even after reading the reviews about the great beer tasting, it was better than expected. Sarah does a great job of giving you the history of the location (quite interesting) and the history of how the local beers were made. Well worth every Penny and a great way to spend a couple hours while in Edinburgh.”
A private 1-hour Harry Potter walk in Edinburgh with guide Kat, Greyfriars graves, Grassmarket, and a finish at The Elephant House.
“Great tour! We learned so much about both Harry Potter and Edinburgh. Our guide was great, and it was the perfect length.”
60-minute RIB speedboat on Loch Linnhe from Fort William, with Ben Nevis views, lifejackets, and a small group. $61.71
“Such a fun experience! Dara and Dana were wonderful & we were able to see seals, porpoises, and the hogwarts express! Such a lovely morning out on the water. I would definitely recommend!”
Every kind of day out, and the best of each.
